3. Booking & Appointments

  • Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session.

  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.

  • Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate health and contact information.

  • Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures.

  • Rebodiq reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for safety or professional reasons.

5. Payments & Refunds

  • All services must be paid in full at the time of booking or appointment.

  • Packages and memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices and offerings are subject to change without notice.

6. Liability Waiver

  • By using Rebodiq’s services, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with wellness and cosmetic treatments.

  • Rebodiq and its staff are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from services, except in cases of gross negligence.
